How do I redeem points for a discount at checkout?
Sign into your account at Step 1 of checkout. Then at Step 4 (the payment step), you’ll see a rewards slider showing your available points — just slide to choose how many to redeem. The discount is applied to your cart automatically.
Can I redeem points for gift cards? New
Yes! You can now redeem your Lumen Points for digital gift cards to 40+ favorite brands — Amazon, Home Depot, Starbucks, Nike, and more. Just visit the Gift Cards page, pick a brand, choose your amount, and redeem.
Which gift cards can I get, and how are they delivered?
Over 40 brands across dining, retail, travel, outdoors, and more. Delivered digitally by email or text — no physical card, no shipping. Redemptions start at $25.
When will I receive my gift card?
Within 24 hours of redeeming. If you recently placed an order, we’ll send your gift card once that order ships. You’ll receive an email where you click Redeem Reward — follow the steps and choose your gift card. Your gift card and code appear right on the page, and a second email saves your code so you can pull up your gift card anytime.
Do my points expire?
Never. Your Lumen Points don’t expire — earn now, redeem whenever you’re ready.
I order for my company — can I still redeem gift cards?
Absolutely — InterlightPRO is built for business buyers. You earn points on every qualifying order and can redeem them for discounts or gift cards. If you’re buying on behalf of a company, just check your organization’s gift and procurement policy before redeeming points for a personal gift card.
Is there a minimum to redeem?
No minimum for discounts at checkout — redeem as few or as many points as you like. Gift card redemptions start at $25 (2,500 points).
How do I check my points balance?
Click the Rewards widget in the bottom-right corner of any page and sign into your account. There you can see your points balance and your recent rewards.
Can I earn points from referrals?
Absolutely! Open the Rewards widget in the bottom-right corner to find your personal referral link. Share it with friends, family, and colleagues — you’ll earn 1,000 points when they make their first purchase.
